Because some communications may relate to treatment, scheduling, admissions, recovery support, or other confidential matters, Lifetime Recovery makes reasonable efforts to limit sensitive health or treatment details in standard SMS/text messages unless authorized and permitted. Text messaging may not be fully secure, so please do not send sensitive medical, treatment, financial, or confidential information by text unless instructed to do so through an approved secure method.
