​Medical Coverage

Full-time employees receive medical insurance coverage at no cost. Lifetime pays 100% of the premiums for individual coverage.  All eligible employees are entitled to benefits the first of the month following 60-days of full-time employment.

Paid Time Off

Paid Time Off (“PTO”) is available to employees for periods of time away from work with pay.  PTO  encompasses  vacation, sick and other leave. PTO hours will accumulate each month and will be available after the employee has completed ninety (90) days of employment.

Retirement Plan

The 401(k) plan permits eligible employees to invest pre-tax income into a plan and choose how to allocate the election from a list of mutual funds. Lifetime Recovery will match 100% of each employee’s contribution, up to 3% of the pre-tax income.

Repayment Plans 

As a provider of substance use and mental health disorder programs, certain full-time  positions requiring  counseling or advance counseling
degrees may qualify for a variety of school loan repayment programs. HR staff will provide you with  information.
