About Our Keynote Speaker
Christy Carlson Romano is an actress, singer, author, host, reality star, beauty-décor fashion enthusiast, entrepreneur, creator and so much more. She's one of Disney Channel’s original household-names, starring in Even Stevens, Cadet Kelly and attaining an Emmy-nomination for her animated series, Kim Possible, who became an icon for girl power. She played, "Belle" in Disney' s Beauty and the Beast on Broadway. She released an album with Walt Disney Records, wrote and sang tracks for the Princess Diaries' franchise, and went on to be signed by Atlantic Records.
Christy graduated from Columbia University and is actively involved in the alumni program. She recently hosted the hit YouTube series, Christy’s Kitchen Throwback as well as Hulu and Fox' s first ever short-form cooking series, Bucket List Bistro. Christy is currently starring in Season 3 of Fox's hit reality series, Special Forces, and she's considered the fan favorite. She recently inked a book deal with Simon & Schuster for her memoir, which will be announced at the end of 2025.
Christy and her husband/producer/content collaboration partner, Brendan Rooney, are in development for an original unscripted competition series with Fox about making it on Broadway. Christy loves social media and enjoys creating a variety of content for her 2. 6M+ followers. She currently resides in Austin, TX with her husband and two daughters, Isabella and Sophia.

Ken Anderlitch completed his 1,800-mile journey from Washington, D.C., to San Antonio, TX (in only 42 days) on October 31, 2024! Now, celebrating eight years of sobriety, Ken raised over $50,000 for Families in Recovery, a new program that allows parents and guardians who are in treatment for substance use disorders to remain with their children.
